Return/exchange of wireless equipment will be accepted once within 30 days of original purchase date unless specified below; otherwise the manufacturers’ limited warranty applies. All returns must be in original box with all components in like-new condition and must be accompanied by the original customer receipt. Returns will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt. WPI reserves the right to decline any return or charge you the full retail price for any item(s) missing damaged or not in like-new condition. Any cash returns over $35 will be returned by company check by mail. All deposits once collected cannot be refunded and will be returned by US Cellular directly to the customer. Any defective Smartphone Devices may only be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. After the 15th day the customer should contact US Cellular to process an advanced exchange through the manufacturer’s warranty. All Prepaid Service Handsets only have a 15 day guarantee. Prepaid minutes and activation fees cannot be reimbursed. Defective Wireless Modems will only be exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date; otherwise the manufacturer’s limited warranty applies. All used handsets are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Used phones may be exchanged only in case of defects within three days of purchase date. Accessories must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. All batteries Bluetooth and memory card products are non-refundable. Only 7-day defective exchanges for Bluetooth and memory products are allowed. Phones purchased at retail price for an ESN change are non-refundable but may be exchanged for manufacturer defects within 15 days of original purchase date; otherwise the manufacturers’ limited warranty applies. Trade-in items are final and the item or its contents cannot be retrieved or returned once the trade-in has been completed. The trade-in amount is non-negotiable and has no monetary value and the discount given is not transferable or refundable. Additional rules and restrictions may apply.
